- Receiving and Making Calls: Telecallers handle incoming calls from customers or make outbound calls to potential customers. They address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve complaints, or make sales pitches.
- Sales and Upselling: Telecallers may be responsible for promoting and selling products or services. They utilize persuasive techniques to generate interest, explain the benefits, and close sales. Additionally, they may engage in upselling or cross-selling by offering additional products or services to customers.
- Meeting Targets and Metrics: Telecallers are often evaluated based on certain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, customer satisfaction, sales targets, average handling time, and call volume. They strive to achieve these targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
